The terms of this site.
These terms govern your use of titanfx.ca. Trading with Titan Exchange Group is governed by a separate client agreement, which takes precedence over anything here.
I. Using this site
By using titanfx.ca you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the site. Titan Exchange Group Inc. ("Titan", "we") may change these terms at any time by posting a new version here.
II. Information, not advice
Everything on this site, including the Desk Notes and any exchange rates shown, is general information and market commentary. It is not investment, legal, accounting or tax advice, and it is not a recommendation, solicitation or offer to enter into any transaction. Rates shown are Bank of Canada daily average rates for the date indicated, are indicative only, and are not rates at which Titan will deal. Ask the desk for a dealable quote. Decisions you make in reliance on this site are your own.
III. No client relationship
Nothing on this site creates a client relationship. Titan deals only with clients who have completed onboarding and signed a client agreement. The client agreement governs every trade and every payment, and where it and this site differ, the agreement prevails.
IV. Accuracy and availability
We work to keep this site accurate and available, but it is provided as is. Content may be incomplete or out of date, and the site may be unavailable from time to time. We may change or remove any part of it without notice.
V. What you send us
Information you send through the forms on this site is handled under our Privacy Policy. Do not send account statements, passwords or other sensitive documents through this site. Your dealer will provide a secure channel for anything of that kind.
VI. Intellectual property
The content of this site, the Titan wordmark and crest, and the Desk Notes belong to Titan or its licensors. You may read and share links to the site. You may not reproduce its content for commercial purposes without written permission.

Links to other sites are provided for convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their handling of your information.
VIII. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Titan and its principals are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of this site or your reliance on its content, including loss of profit, whether in contract, tort or otherwise. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
IX. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. The courts of Ontario have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute about this site.
